These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of amimo (“the Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between users (“Users”) and the operator of the Service (“Operator”) regarding the use of the Service.
  2. Any rules or guidelines published within the Service or on the official website form part of these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is an application designed to help users track and manage knitting, crochet, and related craft activities using counters and logs.

3. Conditions of Use

  1. Users may use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Some features of the Service may be used without creating an account.
  3. Certain features are provided as part of a paid subscription plan (“Premium”).

4. Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

  • Violating laws or public order
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized use, modification, or reverse engineering of the Service
  • Impersonating others
  • Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Operator

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders.
  2. Users may not use content obtained through the Service beyond personal use.

6. Data Storage and Sync

  1. User data may be stored on the device or synchronized via cloud services such as iCloud.
  2. Data storage and synchronization are not guaranteed to be error-free, and users are responsible for maintaining backups.

7. Changes and Suspension of the Service

  1. The Operator may modify, add, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  2. The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
  3. Any liability imposed by law shall be limited to a reasonable extent.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms as necessary.
Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location.
